Donington Youth Club is held on Monday nights from 7pm until 9pm during school term time and is aimed at young people between the ages of 10 and 19. Entry fee is £1 per night for members and non-members are also welcome at a cost of £1.50 per night. Donington Youth Club are always looking for new members. If non members are interested in becoming members then packs cost £3.00 and include a t-shirt, membership card, welcome pack and a badge. Membership is now available for September 2011- August 2012.

We recently also introduced three willing and keen volunteers to the club on a weekly basis. Bev White, Donna Lee and Gary Lee have been a huge asset to the club and have introduced new and exciting activities on a weekly basis!

During Club nights, we provide exciting and fun activities such as playing on the Wii, organising pool, football, basketball and table tennis tournaments. We have recently introduced cooking activities such as pancakes and soup! During this term we have been cooking, making bracelets and even held an Alternative Sports Day! Donington Youth Club also offers a wide range of trips and activities. Previously, we have been bowling, to the theatre and organised end of term discos. We are now planning trips such as swimming, bowling and going to the cinema.

Donington Youth Club recently created a Donington Times Quiz that was available for the people of Donington to complete in order to raise money for the club. The winner of the quiz was Gemma Elsom!!!
